A refreshing and nutritious smoothie combining mango, berries, and banana for a perfect start to your day.

Ingredients

Liquid ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice

Solid ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 ripe banana ripe banana
  • 2 tbs chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Instructions 

  • Place liquid ingredients in the blender first, then add solids.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Taste and add sweetener if needed, then blend again.
  • Divide into two glasses and serve.

Notes

You can adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup as desired.
