Lemon juice
Instructions
Wash, dry, and core the apples.
Mix oats, spices, maple syrup, and oil; stuff into apples.
Place apples in a baking dish, pour cider, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, then let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Optional lemon juice can be added for extra brightness.
