Instructions
Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside.
Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a skillet, season chicken, and cook until done. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil, cook red onion, sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts for 6-8 minutes, deglazing with broth as needed.
Add diced apple and cook 2 minutes.
Return chicken, add sauce, and cook 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust salt to taste.
