Filling & Glaze

powdered sugar

Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt; add water and butter, then knead until smooth.
Let dough rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Roll out dough, spread with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans; roll up and cut into slices.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
Mix powdered sugar with cream and maple syrup to make glaze; drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
For best results, use fresh yeast and measure ingredients accurately.
