Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season salmon with paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil; bake for 15-16 minutes.
Toast pecans in a skillet with oil until fragrant; add maple syrup, orange juice, salt, and mustard; simmer until thickened.
When salmon is cooked, spoon the maple pecan glaze over the top.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and sliced tangerines if desired. Serve and enjoy!
