Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut squash into wedges and toss with olive oil, maple syrup, thyme, and salt.
Arrange wedges on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Flip wedges and roast for another 20 minutes, then broil on high for 1-2 minutes to caramelize.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and extra thyme if desired.
Notes
