Enjoy these sweet and savory roasted sweet potatoes glazed with pure maple syrup and cinnamon, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil and lightly grease.
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil and salt; spread in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes.
Mix maple syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Drizzle the maple cinnamon mixture over the sweet potatoes and stir to coat. Roast for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with candied nuts if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
