4ouncessalmon fillets
Sauce
2tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
3clovesgarlic, minced
1cupheavy cream
0.5cupchicken stock
1teaspoonchicken flavor “Better Than Bouillon” or bouillon cube
0.75cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese(plus more for serving)
7ouncessun-dried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
0.75teaspoonItalian seasoning
0.5teaspoonred pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh basil
0.25cupthinly sliced fresh basil leaves
Optional serving

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix salt, sugar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Coat salmon with oil and spice mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Heat oil, cook garlic until fragrant, then add cream, stock, bouillon, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
Remove salmon skin, nestle cooked fillets into sauce, top with basil, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes.
Notes
