Quick and customizable mini naan pizzas perfect for a snack or light meal, topped with your favorite ingredients.
Ingredients
Mini naan dippers

cup
pizza sauce
(Homemade or store-bought)

mozzarella cheese
(Finely shredded)
to taste
mini pepperoni
(Or other toppings)
a few
mini cherry tomatoes
(Sliced)
to taste
dried oregano
to taste
crushed red pepper
to taste
sea salt and freshly cracked pepper

fresh basil leaves

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread a small dollop of pizza sauce on each naan, then top with shredded mozzarella and desired toppings.
Season with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 7-9 minutes until golden and cheese is gooey.
Remove from oven, top with fresh basil, and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to customize toppings to your preference, but avoid overcrowding the naan.
