Quick and customizable mini naan pizzas perfect for a snack or light meal, topped with your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

Mini naan dippers

  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce (Homemade or store-bought)
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese (Finely shredded)
  • to taste mini pepperoni (Or other toppings)
  • a few mini cherry tomatoes (Sliced)
  • to taste dried oregano
  • to taste crushed red pepper
  • to taste sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
  • a few fresh basil leaves (Torn)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread a small dollop of pizza sauce on each naan, then top with shredded mozzarella and desired toppings.
  • Season with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 7-9 minutes until golden and cheese is gooey.
  • Remove from oven, top with fresh basil, and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize toppings to your preference, but avoid overcrowding the naan.
