These crispy mini tacos are packed with seasoned chicken and melted cheese, perfect for a quick and delicious snack or meal.

street taco corn tortillas
to taste
olive oil or cooking spray

fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place tortillas on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Add chicken and cheese to each tortilla, then bake for 2 minutes until cheese melts.
Fold tortillas in half to form tacos and bake for another 12-15 minutes until crispy.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and cilantro. Enjoy!
