A refreshing cold brew coffee drink infused with mint and chocolate flavors, perfect for a cool treat.

Ingredients

Syrups

  • 25.4 fl oz Syruvia Coffee Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1-2 tsp Maple syrup or sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

Cold Brew Coffee

  • 1.5 cups Cold brew coffee (store-bought or homemade)

Dairy

  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Milk (any kind)

Fresh Mint

  • 5-6 leaves Fresh mint leaves

Ice

  • as needed Ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Heat heavy cream over low heat, add mint leaves, steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
  • Mix chocolate syrup and maple syrup in a glass, then stir in the mint-infused cream until smooth.
  • Fill a glass with ice, pour in cold brew coffee, and stir gently.
  • Drizzle extra chocolate syrup on top, garnish with mint, and serve.

Notes

For a stronger mint flavor, let the mint steep longer.
