Ingredients

Spinach

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Banana

  • 1 piece banana (peeled and sliced)

Almond Milk

  • 1 cup almond milk

Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Cacao Powder

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Peppermint Extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Ice Cubes

  • as needed Ice cubes (for frosty texture)

Instructions 

  • Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  • Peel and slice the banana.
  • Add spinach, banana, almond milk, protein powder, cacao, and peppermint to the blender.
  • Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust sweetness and flavor, then serve.

Notes
