A refreshing and cooling mint lemonade perfect for hot days, combining tangy lemon juice with fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 0.5 cup mint leaves (more for garnish)
  • ice cubes Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions 

  • Combine lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher and stir until dissolved.
  • Add mint leaves and gently muddle to release aroma.
  • Pour in cold water and mix well.
  • Add ice cubes and stir to chill.
  • Serve in glasses garnished with mint and lemon slices.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar as desired.
