Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
Beat eggs and sugar until thick, then add yogurt, oil, and vanilla, mixing just until combined.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into batter gradually, avoiding overmixing.
Gently fold in berries, then divide batter into muffin cups.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
