Delicious and healthy oat flour pancakes perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Heat a tablespoon of butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Scoop ΒΌ cup batter into skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm with toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add berries or nuts on top.
