Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 eggs Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Mix oats, flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter evenly in the pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and set.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt, cool, then cut into squares and serve.
