Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice; place in a baking dish.
Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
