Instructions
Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
Add water and stir until combined.
Fold in olives, cheeses, and garlic.
Let dough rise for 18 hours, then shape into a ball on parchment.
Score the top, preheat oven with Dutch oven to 450°F, then bake covered for 30 min, uncovered for 15 min.
Cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
