A hearty and easy one-pan meal combining tender chicken, crisp green beans, and roasted potatoes for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 12 oz Green beans (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch chunks)
  • 1 lb Red or Yukon potatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces)

Seasonings & Fats

  • 1/4 cup Salted butter
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried basil
  • Pinch Ground thyme
  • Pinch Celery salt
  • Pinch Ground mustard seed

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with butter and seasonings, then roast for 20 minutes.
  • Add chicken and green beans to the pan, season, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cooked through.

Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
