Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 fillets chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • to taste fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with spices and cook in olive oil until golden brown.
  • Simmer chicken broth, add noodles, cover, and cook until al dente.
  • Melt butter, sauté garlic, then mix with cooked noodles.
  • Slice chicken and place on top of noodles.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in spices for 30 minutes before cooking.
