One Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A quick and creamy chicken pasta dish cooked in one pan, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680g)

Pasta

  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta

Aromatics

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Broth & Cream

  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth (480ml)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)

Cheese

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (100g)

Fats & Oils

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups fresh spinach (about 60g, optional)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken 6 mins per side, then rest.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute.
  • Add pasta and broth, boil, cover, and simmer 10 mins until al dente.
  • Stir in cream and Parmesan until combined.
  • Slice chicken, add back to skillet with spinach, toss gently, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.
