A flavorful one-pan dish combining tender chicken thighs with fragrant garlic, sweet honey, and savory rice for a quick and satisfying meal.

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook garlic and butter until fragrant. Add honey and soy sauce, then stir to coat.
Add rice and chicken broth, then nestle chicken back in. Cover and simmer for 18–22 minutes until rice is tender.
Uncover, fluff rice, sprinkle with parsley, garnish with lemon slices, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand or add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
