Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
In a large ovenproof skillet, combine chicken broth, honey, Dijon mustard, thyme, and rice. Stir well.
Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, then serve hot.
Notes
Ensure chicken is pounded evenly for uniform cooking.
