Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in spices, rice, chicken broth, bay leaf, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
Stir in lemon juice and frozen peas, cook for 2-3 more minutes.
