A refreshing and nutritious juice combining the sweetness of oranges and carrots with a spicy kick of ginger.
Ingredients

navel oranges
(juiced)

carrots
(about 200g, peeled and chopped)

fresh ginger
(peeled and chopped)

tablespoons
honey or agave syrup
(optional)

water
(adjust for thickness)
Instructions
Wash, peel, and chop the carrots.
Juice the oranges into a bowl or juicer.
Peel and chop the ginger.
Blend the orange juice, carrots, ginger, and water until smooth.
Add honey or agave if desired, blend again, then serve over ice.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with honey or agave to taste.
