A refreshing and nutritious juice combining the sweetness of oranges and carrots with a spicy kick of ginger.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 2 pieces navel oranges (juiced)
  • 2 medium carrots (about 200g, peeled and chopped)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup water (adjust for thickness)

Instructions 

  • Wash, peel, and chop the carrots.
  • Juice the oranges into a bowl or juicer.
  • Peel and chop the ginger.
  • Blend the orange juice, carrots, ginger, and water until smooth.
  • Add honey or agave if desired, blend again, then serve over ice.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with honey or agave to taste.
