Ingredients
Dry ingredients
3cupsold-fashioned rolled oats
1/3cupsunflower seeds
1/3cuppumpkin seeds
2teaspoonscinnamon
1teaspoonall spice
1teaspooncardamom
½cupolive oil
¼cuphoney
¼cupbrown rice syrup
¼cupTrop50
2tablespoonsorange zest
½teaspoonpure orange extract
1 ½teaspoonskosher salt
Add-ins
1cupsliced almonds
¾cuptoasted sweetened shredded coconut
½cupdried cranberries
¼cupTrop50

1cupfrozen mango

3oz.red currants
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix dry ingredients, then combine with wet mixture. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and add almonds, coconut, cranberries.
For the smoothie, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Assemble parfaits by layering yogurt, citrus smoothie, and toppings. Swirl yogurt and smoothie before topping with currants and granola.
