Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13 inch dish.
Pound chicken to 0.5-0.75 inch thick, rub with olive oil.

Place chicken in dish, top with butter slices, bake until internal temp reaches 165°F (about 18-20 min), then broil for 1-3 min until browned.
