  • 4 pieces Chicken leg quarters
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic granules
  • 0.25 teaspoon Onion granules
  • 0.25 teaspoon Parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt (as needed)

Instructions 

  • Mix paprika, garlic, onion, rosemary, parsley, black pepper, tomato paste, soy sauce, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Pat chicken dry, make 2 slashes on each piece, then rub with the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange chicken in a baking dish and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 45 minutes.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
