Enjoy healthy, crispy chicken tenders baked to perfection with simple seasonings and minimal effort.

lemon pepper seasoning

Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Pat chicken dry, then toss with olive oil and seasonings. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Arrange chicken on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165F (74C).
Rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Remove tendons for easier eating, if desired.
