Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon paprika spice blend ((or any other seasoning blend of choice))
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  • Pat chicken dry, then toss with olive oil and seasonings. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Arrange chicken on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165F (74C).
  • Rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Remove tendons for easier eating, if desired.
