Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

  • 12 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 each lemon zest (Zest of 1 lemon)
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (Optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Arrange chicken in dish, season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix honey, mustard, herbs, spices, and lemon zest; pour over chicken.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Rest 5 minutes, then serve with pan sauce spooned over.
