A deliciously roasted cabbage dish infused with garlic and topped with parmesan cheese, perfect as a side or a main.
Ingredients

green cabbage

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare cabbage.
Cut cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds, arrange on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and massage in.
Roast for 15 minutes until edges are golden, then add garlic-oil and cheese.
Return to oven for 10-15 minutes until tender and cheese is golden.
Let rest, then sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
