A fresh and vibrant salad combining sweet peaches, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil, finished with a balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
Balsamic reduction

Instructions
Combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes until reduced. Cool in refrigerator.
Slice peaches into quarters and mozzarella into thin slices. Tear basil leaves into pieces.
Arrange peach slices, mozzarella, and basil on a plate in a circular pattern. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction and a little balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, serve immediately after assembling.
