Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 3 pieces ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella (sliced)

Oils and Condiments

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Seasonings

Instructions 

  • Wash peaches and basil leaves thoroughly.
  • Slice peaches into thin wedges and mozzarella into similar slices.
  • Arrange peach and mozzarella slices alternately on a platter, overlapping slightly.

  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad, then season with salt and pepper.
