These cheesy garlic herb bombs are quick to make and perfect for a savory snack or appetizer, with gooey cheese wrapped in flaky dough and topped with flavorful herbs.
Ingredients

refrigerated biscuit dough
(flaky-style preferred)

mozzarella cheese
(cut into cubes)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Flatten biscuit dough, place a cheese cube in center, wrap and seal into a ball.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Brush garlic butter over each cheese bomb and bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, serve warm.
