These cheesy garlic herb bombs are quick to make and perfect for a savory snack or appetizer, with gooey cheese wrapped in flaky dough and topped with flavorful herbs.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (flaky-style preferred)
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Flatten biscuit dough, place a cheese cube in center, wrap and seal into a ball.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush garlic butter over each cheese bomb and bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, serve warm.

Notes

Ensure the dough is sealed tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out during baking.
