Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Add water and stir until dough forms.
Knead until smooth, then let rise for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 8 pieces, shape into cylinders, and place on a baking sheet. Let rise for 1.5 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Score tops, spray with water, and add water to a pan for steam.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crustier roll, spray with water 3-5 minutes before baking.
