A delicious twist on classic cheesesteak, these stuffed peppers are packed with savory steak and melted cheese for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake pepper halves on a baking sheet until tender, about 30 minutes.
Cook onion and mushrooms in oil until browned and softened, then add steak and seasonings; cook until steak is done. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
Divide filling into peppers, top with cheese, and broil until melted and browned, about 2-3 minutes.
