A delicious appetizer featuring sausages wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients
Dough

refrigerated crescent dough
Sausages
10
ounces
smoked cocktail sausages (24 pieces)
Egg Wash

large egg
egg (whisked)
Seasoning

tablespoon
everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Unroll dough, cut into triangles, and cut each into three smaller triangles.
Pat dry sausages, roll each in dough triangles, and place on baking sheet.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of mustard inside the dough before wrapping.
