Soy Sauce low-sodium preferred

Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute. Add bell pepper, pineapple, and peas; cook for 3-4 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions or chives.
