A refreshing and tangy juice combining the sweetness of pineapple with the zing of fresh ginger, perfect for a healthy boost.
Ingredients

fresh pineapple chunks

fresh ginger root, peeled

lemon juice

honey (optional)

Instructions
Add pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, and water to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth.
Taste and add honey if needed, then blend again.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother juice.
Pour into a glass or jar and chill before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter juice, add more honey to taste.
