A refreshing and tangy juice combining the sweetness of pineapple with the zing of fresh ginger, perfect for a healthy boost.

Ingredients

Fruits and liquids

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 3-inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions 

  • Add pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, and water to a blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Taste and add honey if needed, then blend again.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother juice.
  • Pour into a glass or jar and chill before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter juice, add more honey to taste.
