Instructions
Add pineapple, water, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the juice to remove fibers and return to blender.
If needed, add sugar, honey, or maple syrup for sweetness, then blend briefly.
Add mint leaves and process for a few seconds.
Pour ice into glasses, top with the juice, and serve immediately.
