A refreshing and healthy pineapple mint juice perfect for hot days. Quick to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup water chilled
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 15-20 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes for serving ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • honey, maple syrup optional sweetener (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add pineapple, water, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain the juice to remove fibers and return to blender.
  • If needed, add sugar, honey, or maple syrup for sweetness, then blend briefly.
  • Add mint leaves and process for a few seconds.
  • Pour ice into glasses, top with the juice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste and enjoy fresh!
