A refreshing and tropical pineapple smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1.5 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Combine frozen pineapple, banana slices, coconut milk, coconut extract, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If too thick, add more coconut milk to reach desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, freeze the banana slices ahead of time.
