Instructions
Prepare the tart crust by mixing flour, butter, egg yolk, and sugar, then chill and blind bake.
Heat milk with vanilla bean, then whisk in egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch to make the custard. Cook until thickened.
Pour custard into the baked crust and chill until set.
Slice plums and arrange on top of the custard. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
