Enjoy a delicious, protein-packed single-serving cookie that's quick to make and perfect for a healthy treat.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 22 g Rolled Oats
  • 11 g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 5 g Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 7 g Peanut Butter Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Baking Powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 33 ml Egg White
  • 14 g Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 7 g Peanut Butter (Monster Cookie flavor recommended)
  • 5 g Chocolate Chips (Sugar-free recommended)
  • 6-7 g fun-size M&Ms

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients: oats, protein powders, baking powder.
  • Add peanut butter, egg white, and applesauce; mix well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
  • Shape into a 5-6 inch circle on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool briefly and enjoy your protein cookie!

Notes

For best flavor, use a cookie flavor of peanut butter and sugar-free chocolate chips.
