Enjoy fluffy, protein-packed pancakes perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

all-purpose flour

protein powder (whey protein works best)

Wet ingredients

milk (I use almond milk)

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry, don’t overmix.
Pour batter onto a heated, oiled pan.
Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add berries or nuts to the batter.
