Delicious and healthy no-bake treats combining pumpkin, protein, and crispy rice for a perfect snack or dessert.

canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

Oat & Seed Butter from Garnish (or nut butter of your choice)

Instructions
Line a pan with parchment or spray with cooking spray.
Mix pumpkin, oat butter, and syrup; warm seed butter if needed.
Stir in flax seed, then protein powder until thick.
Fold in rice cereal, press into pan, and freeze for 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, drizzle over treats, then freeze for 5 minutes before cutting.
Notes
Store in fridge for up to 5 days; texture may soften over time.
