Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  • Whisk dry ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir gently.
  • Fill muffin cups and bake for 18-22 minutes.
  • Cool muffins before serving.
