Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fill muffin tin.
Prepare cream cheese filling and pipe into muffins.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool slightly and serve!
