Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan.
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients until smooth in another bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir gently.
Beat cream cheese filling ingredients until smooth.
Fill muffin cups and pipe cream cheese into centers.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or nuts to the batter!
