Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs and maple syrup, mix well.
Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to wet mixture. Mix in pumpkin, sour cream, and walnuts.
Bake for 50-60 minutes; cool before removing from pan.
