Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in optional chocolate chips or nuts.
Fill muffin cups and bake for 18–22 minutes.
Notes
Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
